Overview

Working collaboratively with both peers and clients, Ingu routinely counsels employers concerning the full spectrum of labor and employment issues, from routine, everyday matters to organizational decisions. He also has experience handling economic development projects and foreign investments. His experience includes, but is not limited to:

• Representation during Field Audits by the United States Department of Labor
• Representation during EEOC investigation

• Severance and termination agreements
• Sexual harassment and other employee investigations
• Management and employee training

Exposed to the legal side of business during his time working at Hyundai Motor Company in South Korea, Ingu has built his labor and employment law practice on his ability to empower and improve his client’s decision-making in the fast-paced business world. Prompt and responsive, he keeps clients in the know with weekly updates, giving them a clear picture of their situation and the best path forward.

Away from the office, Ingu enjoys traveling with his family and is also a private pilot.

Ingu earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his Bachelor of Law from Seoul National University. Ingu served in the Republic of Korea Army during college and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal from the United States Army for enhancing the friendship between the Republic of Korea Army and the United States.
