ATLANTA, April 19, 2017 - Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of Jennifer M. Moseley to the firm's Atlanta office as a partner. Moseley returns to Burr & Forman where she previously practiced in its Birmingham, Ala., office from 2003 to 2013. Based in the firm's Corporate Practice, she counsels public and private companies in a number of compliance and transactional matters. She is also experienced in EB-5 regional center formation, structuring and securities offering matters, as well as working with companies who seek investment in connection with the EB-5 visa regional center program under U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) rules and regulations.

Both public and private companies turn to Moseley for her experience in stock-for-stock combinations, stock and asset purchases, cash out mergers, and tender and exchange offers. She also advises public companies on Exchange Act reporting requirements, as well as securities compliance issues and stock exchange matters for registered broker-dealers. Moseley advises companies, particularly those in the real estate, financial service, health care and EB-5 sectors, on capital and fund formation, financing strategies and corporate governance.

Moseley earned her undergraduate degree from New York University and her law degree from Cornell Law School.
