Birmingham, Ala., June 13, 2017 – Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of associate Brook V. Robertson to its Financial Services Litigation practice group. Based in Birmingham, Robertson boosts the firm’s capabilities to serve financial institutions across the Southeast.
Robertson represents banking and financial services industry clients in both consumer and commercial litigation matters. Her practice includes commercial lending, including drafting and reviewing commercial loan documents for complex transactions, reviewing surveys and title policies, and preparing documents for Small Business Administration Loans.
Prior to starting her law career, Robertson clerked in the office of Honorable Judge Michael Graffeo and the office of Honorable Judge Jim Hughey III, both in the Civil Division of the 10th Judicial Circuit of Jefferson County.
Robertson received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and her law degree from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law.
