Burr & Forman announces Atlanta Associate Bret Beldt has been selected to the Sandy Springs 2018 Leadership Class. The class term kicked off with an alumni-wide fiesta (an annual event) Sept. 7 and a weekend-long retreat in Helen, GA Sept. 15-16th

Sandy Springs Leadership is a nonprofit group that focuses on fostering a vibrant community by serving as the nexus for leadership development and civic engagement. The class consists of 36 diverse leaders from different backgrounds. Throughout the year, members will interact with decision-makers while being educated on issues facing the Sandy Springs community and participate in teams to volunteer in community-building projects. They will develop community leadership capacities and learn about the value of inclusion. At the conclusion of the class term, they will connect to leadership opportunities in Sandy Springs in an effort to make the city a better place to live and work.

At Burr, Bret's practices in the firm's General Commercial Litigation group where he focuses on business disputes and financial services litigation. Bret's practice includes civil litigation, including disputes involving breach of contract, consumer finance, commercial lending and real estate.
