Burr’s Matt Kroplin and Jerry Taylor Named to Nashville Medical News’ InCharge List

Matt Kroplin is a partner in the firm’s health care and business litigation sections. His experience includes the representation of health care companies and providers, DME suppliers, product manufacturers, financial institutions, transportation companies, and other business entities and individuals. Matt’s experience in the health care industry involves defending companies and providers in health care related litigation and administrative actions, certificate of need applications and appeals, facility and licensure matters, telemedicine and telehealth, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and general advice on various federal and state laws directly impacting the health care industry.
Jerry Taylor is a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group and concentrates his practice in the areas of health care and administrative law. Jerry has more than 25 years of legal experience in government service and private practice in the area of regulatory compliance for health care providers. Mr. Taylor’s background affords him a broad and balanced knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the health care industry, and the ability to effectuate practical solutions to legal concerns of clients.
