Burr & Forman Welcomes New Associate Adam Hartley to Orlando Office

ORLANDO, Fl. Oct. 31, 2018 - Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of Orlando-based associate Adam Hartley, who practices in the firm's Financial Services Litigation Group. In his practice, he represents financial institutions and loan servicers in federal and state court in matters involving allegations of contractual loan defaults, wrongful foreclosure, predatory lending, violations of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act.

Hartley was previously a member of the Orange County Bar Association where he served as a Guardian Ad Litem. In 2016, he was recognized in the Florida Super Lawyers "Rising Stars."

Hartley is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York. Additionally, he is admitted in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Eleventh Circuits, U.S. District Court for the Middle District and Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District, Western District, Southern District and Northern District of New York.

He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from University of Florida, Levin College of Law.
