Burr & Forman Welcomes Atlanta Attorney Gregory Belatti to Real Estate Practice
ATLANTA, November 14, 2018 – Burr & Forman LLP announces the addition of Atlanta-based associate Gregory Belatti, who joins the firm’s Real Estate practice group. In his practice, Belatti focuses on the representation of national cellular companies in the leasing of rooftop, tower, ground and in-building space for communications facilities.

Additionally, his work with franchisees and quick-service restaurants will augment a growing segment of our commercial leasing practice.”
Belatti represents public utilities in the acquisition and disposition of real property rights and issues. He also represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing and ground lease transactions. He advises franchisees, with a specific focus on quick service restaurants, on corporate matters including acquisition and leasing. He negotiates general corporate matters, including advising clients regarding complex state and federal compliance issues. His corporate practice also spans mergers and acquisitions, the preparation of trademark filings, as well as forming and qualifying corporations and LLC’s for multiple state filings.
Belatti is licensed to practice law in Georgia. He is also a member of Atlanta Bar Association, American Bar Association and Irish Angels Investment Fund.
Belatti earned his undergraduate degree from University of Notre Dame and his law degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL. Prior to starting his legal career, he served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.
