South Carolina Employment Law Letter: 4th Circuit Sides with SC Employee, Lets Sexual Harassment Case Proceed

On a growing number of occasions, we’ve pointed out that the U.S. 4th Circuit Court of Appeals (whose rulings apply to all South Carolina employers) is pushing back on lower court decisions and reversing orders and opinions from trial judges at the district court level, asking them to take another look at a case.
