Columbia partner Benjamin "Ned" Nicholson has been recognized in the areas of Construction, Energy and Utilities law while partner Michael Weaver has been recognized in the areas of Bankruptcy Law and Creditors' Rights.

The “Legal Elite” are voted on by other attorneys in the area who choose the top lawyers in 20 different practice groups. Winners are nominated and selected by their peers and are regarded as the best and most well-respected attorneys in their fields.
