Dudley is a solutions oriented transactional attorney with significant experience in estate and business succession planning, real estate transactions and corporate governance issues for small businesses.

Dudley practices with the firm's Corporate section with a focus on Trust & Estates, Business Succession Planning, Taxation and Real Estate. He obtained both his B.A and his J.D from Brigham Young University, where he served as Associate Editor of the BYU Journal of Education and Law.
