David also has extensive experience in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation, including representation of blood banks in actions alleging delivery of contaminated or mislabeled blood.

David is co-author of the firm's monthly Dodd-Frank Newsletter, which highlights litigation and developments under the Dodd-Frank Act, and he writes and speaks frequently on that topic. 

David is also the founder and serves as Chair of the Firm's Wellness Program, much to the amazement of those who know him.
