  • “He is very known from a corporate tax standpoint and SEC issues. He has street smarts – he’s good at helping you get things done in the correct way and advising you on which paths to go down. He answers your questions and addresses your concerns. You go to the people that you trust and have confidence in, and for me that’s Ed.”

  • “He’s probably the best attorney I know – an excellent attorney. He is one of the few that understands business – a deal maker not a deal breaker. He grasps very readily the picture of what’s going on and he is a quick observer. He’s a lawyer with an understanding of business – a bit of a psychologist who understands what makes people tick. He is quick and efficient. The billing is always reasonable. We are very happy with him.”

    -Chambers 2012

  • “Ed is good at learning your business and tailoring their work to your need. He is a business-minded lawyer – definitely a leader in our business. If anyone asked me to recommend a firm I’d send them to Ed. He’ll do whatever you need him to do – he works till ten at night and jumps on a place with no notice. He’s just great.”

    -Chambers 2012

  • “He has strong business acumen as well as a great grasp of the law. That is a very strong combination. Unless he doesn’t want to work with me I’ll always stay with him.”
