Keith practices in the firm's Real Estate group where he specializes in acquisition and development of real estate for commercial, multi-family and single-family uses.  Keith represents clients in all facets of development, including acquisition and disposition, land use, and the organization and structure of master-planned communities, condominiums and mixed-use developments throughout the United States and the Caribbean.

Keith has over 14 years of experience in state and local land use issues; community association law, including creating and implementing community governance plans; federal and state land sales compliance; merchant builder programs; and golf club structure and membership.  In addition, Keith provides guidance and expertise to lenders and potential purchasers regarding non-performing loans and troubled real estate assets with his representation ranging from negotiating the purchase and sale of troubled assets to post-acquisition control and management.
