Jason is a member of the Lending practice group where he focuses various financial transactions, including asset-based lending, project financing, leveraged buyouts, cash flow financing, and mezzanine and subordinated loans on a syndicated, club and single-lender basis, for bank holding companies, financial institutions and corporate borrowers.

Jason’s experience also includes private note placements, acquisition financings, real estate financings, ESOP refinance transactions, DIP financings, exit financings, cross-border financings and multicurrency facilities. He manages due diligence in connection with numerous public company acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.

His finance background includes representing clients in the media, energy services, health care, communications and entertainment, healthcare, transportation and logistics services industries.

Jason’s cross-border experience includes lending transactions in Canada, India, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, France, Italy, Iceland, Cayman Islands, Mexico, Brazil, South Korea and Japan.

  • Represented administrative agent in connection with a $27M revolving and term loan facility to a utility contractor for working capital and general corporate purposes
  • Represented sole lender in connection with a $35M revolving credit facility and a $14M term loan facility to a synthetic drainage manufacturer for working capital and general corporate needs, and to refinance an existing bond issuance
  • Represented administrative agent in connection with a $65M revolving and term loan facility to a logistics company for purposes of acquisition of equipment, working capital and general corporate needs
  • Represented senior lender and mezzanine fund in connection with a $25M revolving and term loan facility to a wireless provider for purposes of acquiring competitors throughout the United States
  • Represented sole lender in connection with an $11M revolving and term loan facility to an engineering services company for purposes of consummating an ESOP refinance.
