V. J. Graffeo, an AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell rated attorney, maintains a diverse practice in the area of commercial litigation.  He focuses on representing companies and individuals in real property, financial services, employment and shareholder litigation in state and federal courts.  V. J. has successfully handled trials and appeals, as well as AAA and FINRA arbitrations.

V. J. practices in the firm's General Commercial Litigation group with a focus on shareholder litigation, real property and employment litigation.  He regularly counsels both businesses and individual shareholders in actions concerning disputes among company owners, including initiating or defending direct and derivative actions.  V.
