Burr & Forman Attorney Relocates to Bolster the Firm's Expanding Growth in Tampa

Burr & Forman LLP is pleased to announce that Laura Westerman Tanner, an associate in the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice, has relocated to the Tampa office.

Previously based in Orlando, Tanner joins the Tampa office following Burr & Forman’s combination in October with Williams Schifino Mangione & Steady, P.A., which added 23 attorneys to the firm’s growing Southeastern footprint.

Tanner represents financial institution clients in consumer disputes. Her work involves a number of state legal claims as well as federal statutes, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act.
