The Top 12 Minority & Women Owned Businesses of 2012 were also honored.

TESTIMONIALS

  • "...He has written a lot about Alabama employment law. Probably the leader of the group at Burr & Forman.”

    -Chambers 2012

  • “Their knowledge of the industry and ability to work with borrower's counsel in a number of difficult situations has been invaluable. The firm is very knowledgeable and brings a wealth of experience across multiple practices and disciplines. This provides a strong one-stop shopping experience when working with the firm.”

    -Chambers 2012

  • “He approaches problems from a business solution perspective. He is very skilled at negotiations with other lawyers. Very easy to work with and not confrontational. He is passionate about what he does and he is somebody who loves to do what he does mostly to solve problems, not to bring people down. He really tries to find a win-win solution for all parties involved and he gets a lot of pleasure out of that.”

    -Chambers 2012

  • “He is great. The most important thing I think is judgment, whether more aggressive or more conservative than a firm’s first inclination. Tom’s got a great sense of discretion and judgment and he clearly knows the topic area very well. We never have an issue with us having to prompt ‘try this theory’. He’s smart and very pleasant, responsive as anything.”

    -Chambers 2012

  • “Lauren is smart, professional in word and manner, and quite intuitive in analyzing situations. She thinks through and researches issues before proposing solutions. One of her best qualities is that of keeping her client(s) focused on the defined goals for settling the problems at hand using her cheerful personality.  It is indeed a pleasure working with Lauren."
