Burr & Forman Partner Gene Price Featured in The Asian Lawyer

In the Jan. 10, 2013, issue of the Asia Deal Digest, posted online at The Asian Lawyer, Birmingham Partner Gene Price was mentioned for his work on Mitsui & Co. Ltc.’s acquisition of a 30 percent stake in Spanish auto parts maker, Gestamp Automocion’s North and South American operations. Price represented Gestamp throughout the process. The final deal included a $391.4 million stake in Gestamp and ownership of 15 of Gestamp’s plants in the United States, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.
