Among other things, successfully secured dismissal of RICO claims against corporation, corporate subsidiaries, and high-level officers.

• Funeral Home Negligence

  Retained to defend funeral home in case wherein bodies were switched and wrong decedent was presented to the wrong family at visitation.

• General Commercial

  Local counsel for product manufacturer in defense of suit alleging it unlawfully canceled a contract manufacturing agreement with an international company to build products overseas. Dismissed.

• General Commercial

  Lead counsel for inventor of cellulosic fuel process in defense of business suit by a former investor who sued to enforce certain rights under an option agreement. Injunction claim by investor was denied; Order was issued declaring option void.
