Amanda Bailey is the Office Managing Partner of the Myrtle Beach office. She works in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group and focuses her practice on regional business related matters.

Amanda graduated from Appalachian State University in 1998 and earned her law degree from the University of South Carolina, School of Law in 2003.

Prior to joining Burr Forman McNair as an Associate in May 2005, Amanda served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Kaye G. Hearn of the South Carolina Court of Appeals in Conway, South Carolina.

Amanda has served as lead and co-counsel in a broad range of cases before special referees, masters in equity, the circuit courts, and federal courts and has successfully represented clients and argued on appeals before the SC Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.

In addition to her regional practice along the Grand Strand, Amanda is licensed in North Carolina and can assist her clients along the coast in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
