Amy focuses her practice on commercial litigation, appellate, and family law.
Amy has experience representing clients in a range of complex litigation, bankruptcy, and appellate matters involving business torts, contract disputes and general business litigation in both state and federal court.
In the family law arena, Amy represents individuals in both initial and post judgment dissolution matters, whether through litigation, mediation or the collaborative law process. Amy has experience with complex dissolution actions involving sophisticated clients and issues ranging from valuation and division of family businesses to resolution of international jurisdictional disputes. Amy has also handled several appeals before the Florida District Courts of Appeal.
Amy graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law, where she was an Editor for Stetson Law Review and earned Best Individual Oralist and Best Written Brief awards while a member of the Moot Court Board. While in law school, Amy served as a judicial intern to Magistrate Judge Elizabeth Jenkins at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
