Anna is an Associate in the Atlanta office where she practices in the firm’s Real Estate practice group representing clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing endeavors.
In her practice, Anna represents owners and landlords in transactions and leasing work involving multi-family properties, office properties, retail shopping centers, and mixed use projects. She aids her clients throughout the real estate transaction process from drafting and negotiating the purchase and sale agreement and reviewing underlying title documents to managing the closing. She also has experience drafting and negotiating retail lease agreements for commercial landlord clients.
While in law school at the Charleston School of Law, Anna served as Senior Articles Editor and Management Board Member for the Charleston Law Review. She was also a member of the Moot Court Board, and during her second year of law school, competed in the NAAC Moot Court Competition as an oral advocate. She also devoted herself to Women in Law, an organization supporting women law students and attorneys, serving as Vice President and Interim President in her final semester. Anna, a Presidential Honors Scholar also excelled academically, and had the opportunity to work as a research and teaching assistant during her law school career.
Anna earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, where she was a member of the Honors College and a recipient of the Zell B. Miller, Robert C. Byrd, and Charter Scholarships. Anna received a Bachelor of Arts in English with an area of emphasis in creative writing, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism in Advertising from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia.
