Consumer Finance Litigation & Compliance

Brook is an associate in the firm's Financial Services Litigation Practice Group where she represents banking and financial services industry clients in both consumer and commercial litigation matters.

Brook’s practice also includes commercial lending, including drafting and reviewing commercial loan documents for complex transactions, reviewing surveys and title policies, and preparing documents for Small Business Administration Loans.

Prior to starting her law career, Brook clerked in the office of Honorable Judge Michael Graffeo and the office of Honorable Judge Jim Hughey III, both in the Civil Division of the 10th Judicial Circuit of Jefferson County. Brook also spent a summer as a legislative intern on Capitol Hill for United States Senator Richard Shelby in Washington, D.C.
