Gennifer serves as a Partner in the firm. One of her specialties is representing banks, loan servicers, auto lenders, and other creditors by prosecuting highly-contested foreclosures, breach of contract actions, and replevins. She has also successfully defended her clients against numerous consumer protection claims asserted under TILA, FDCPA, FCRA, and RESPA.

Gennifer is also experienced in commercial and insurance litigation matters such as defending against multimillion dollar bad faith claims against insurers, litigating commercial landlord-tenant disputes, enforcing non-compete agreements, and handling large-scale contractual and real estate disputes.

Gennifer’s experience covers matters on both the trial and appellate level, having won multiple trials and appeals on behalf of her clients. In addition to practicing in the state and federal courts in Florida, Gennifer is admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Gennifer graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology and Religious Studies from Stetson University. She then received her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, graduating with high honors. While studying at Florida State University College of Law, Gennifer was a University Fellow and earned numerous awards including “book” awards in Property I, Property II and Constitutional Law II. There, Gennifer served as the president of the Mock Trial Team and competed on the state and national levels in numerous trial advocacy competitions, including one held by the American Bar Association where she earned a place as a National Semi-Finalist. She was also honored with the Best Advocate Award, given by the Wayne Hogan Mock Trial Intramural Competition, and the Florida State Law Review Subciter of the Year Award.

Furthermore, Gennifer is a member of the Florida Bar, Middle District of Florida, Southern District of Florida, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers. In addition to her professional associations, Gennifer is involved in her community and is the past president of the Board of the Orlando Day Nursery, a non-profit early education center.
