For more than forty years, George has regularly advised a broad range of clients in corporate matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and economic development/site selection matters.

Mr. Marchese has significant experience advising corporate clients in all legal matters relating to large scale projects involving the establishment of new manufacturing and other business facilities in the United States, including strategic planning and analysis, and the negotiation and documentation of comprehensive site location and incentive agreements.

Mr. Marchese’s expertise in site selection matters covers a broad range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, steel, energy and rail cars. Among the clients he has advised on large-scale projects are Daimler, Airbus, Svenskt Stal AB, Boeing, Ipsco Steel and National Steelcar.

Prior to affiliating with the firm, Mr. Marchese had been, for thirty-two years, a corporate law Partner at the Kelley, Drye & Warren LLP in New York City.

He has been selected as on the Best Lawyers in America in Economic Development law each year since 2011.
