Jane focuses her practice on civil litigation in federal and state courts, and federal and state administrative agencies, with emphasis on health care, class actions, and various constitutional and statutory issues. Her health care practice includes representation of providers in compliance and reimbursement disputes, representation of hospitals in pricing litigation and peer review matters, and representation of professionals before state licensing boards. She also serves as an arbitrator in healthcare disputes, through the American Health Lawyers Association's Dispute Resolution Service.
