Jeff regularly represents contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in the negotiation and preparation of contracts, as well as resolution of disputes involving claims, defects and payment. Jeff also represents sureties and claimants involving claims made on private and public construction payment and performance bonds.
As part of his construction practice, Jeff assists clients with all aspects of preserving the right to payment. At his core, Jeff is a litigator and he enjoys handling matters that come to the law for resolution.
Jeff served on active duty for four years as an Airborne Ranger Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army, and has served in the U.S. Army Reserve since leaving active duty. Jeff currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the U.S. Army (Reserve) and is the Chief of Contract and Administrative Law for the 377th Theater Sustainment Command.
