Will represents borrowers, purchasers, sellers, investors, landlords and developers in commercial real estate matters.
Will has experience drafting and filing articles of organization for new corporations, assisting in the mergers and formations of multi-million dollar companies, and conducting legal research on property issues facing clients’ equitable servitudes, easements, and related real estate matters.
Will earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was Articles Editor of the SC Journal of International Law & Business. Prior to law school, Will worked as a Counterterrorism Analyst for Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, D.C.
