Jonathan is a partner in the firm’s Creditors Rights & Bankruptcy and Financial Services Litigation practice groups. Jonathan’s practice focuses on a wide variety of creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and litigation matters, including debtor, creditor, and trustee representation in chapter 11, chapter 13, and chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings, assignments for the benefit of creditors, state and federal court foreclosure and UCC litigation, commercial landlord-tenant matters, financial services litigation, debt collection, fraudulent transfer litigation, and post-judgment litigation.

Jonathan serves on the board of the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association, and is active volunteer and member of the Executive Committee for the Adult Literacy League. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Erik P. Kimball, United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida.
