Jonathan represents financial institutions and creditors in a wide variety of bankruptcy and litigation matters, including adversary proceedings and contested matters in bankruptcy, avoidance actions, mortgage foreclosure litigation, financial services litigation, debt collection and post-judgment litigation.

Jonathan is a member of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy and Financial Services Litigation practice groups. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Erik P. Kimball, United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida.
