Joseph King concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation, private company shareholder or member disputes, real estate litigation, banking and financial litigation and securities litigation.

Born in Athens, Georgia and raised in Columbus, Georgia, Mr. King relocated to Florida where he counsels clients on business and financial services related matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. King worked for Synovus Trust Company and later with Merrill Lynch as a registered representative holding his Series 7 and 66 licenses for the sale of securities, as well as the licenses to sell variable annuities, life and health insurance.
