Kevin is an associate in the General Commercial Litigation practice group where he represents individuals and corporations in a variety of business disputes, including contract disputes, business torts, and complex commercial litigation. He has also handled claims defending cities and counties in civil rights matters, attorneys in professional liability matters, and private businesses in general liability matters. In addition to jury trial experience, he has successfully litigated cases through the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Belmont University where he ran varsity cross-country and track & field. He then earned his master’s degree in psychology from the University of Florida before earning his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was a member of the Florida Law Review and Florida Moot Court Team. He was inducted into the Order of the Coif upon graduation from law school.
