Corporate Tax Law Mergers & Acquisitions Trusts & Estates Planning

Kyle is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Tax practice group where he focuses his practice on a wide variety of matters including entity formation and funding, mergers and acquisitions, tax structures, and other complex transactions.

Kyle assists clients with corporate formations, including filing incorporation documents and foreign corporation registrations, drafting operating, partnership agreement, and shareholder agreements. He has counselled businesses and business owners on organizational and capital structure, joint ventures, divestitures, refinances, and equity owner agreements.

Kyle has advised both individuals and families to achieve their individual estate planning goals, including designing client’s estate plan with respect to tax mitigation and the preservation of wealth, asset protection, transfer of wealth to heirs and beneficiaries, philanthropy, protection and care for dependents, incapacitated children, and elderly family members. He has also aided clients in other estate and trust administration by completing all necessary inventories and tax-related forms and providing advice to personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries regarding probate and trust administration.

Prior to earning his Juris Doctor and Master in Laws in Taxation, Kyle worked for a “Big Four” accounting firm as a Tax Processing Specialist where he managed income tax compliance and return preparation processes for corporations, partnerships, and high net-worth individuals.
