Lauren is a member of the firm's Corporate & Tax Practice Group, where she assists clients in all stages of their business through entity formation, day-to-day contracts and legal issues, securities offerings, expansion through mergers and acquisitions, and the sale of the business.

Lauren’s primary practice involves representing clients in mergers and acquisitions and related corporate transactions, including stock and asset purchases, mergers, restructurings, and capital raises. Lauren also regularly drafts, reviews and negotiates contracts and leases and assists clients with day-to-day corporate legal issues.

In addition, Lauren has significant experience advising both public and private companies on corporate governance and securities regulation matters, corporate aircraft transactions and cybersecurity issues. Lauren is also a member of the firm’s Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and Electronic Transactions Group and advises clients on transactions and regulatory issues related to digital currency, blockchain, distributed ledger technology, and other emerging technologies.
