Lauren Reynolds is an Associate in the Orlando office in the firm's Financial Services Practice Group.
Lauren graduated cum laude with a B.A. in American Studies from Barnard College. She then received her J.D. magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law. While a student at Florida State, Lauren was the Managing Editor of the Law Review and was a member of the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law and the Business Review. In addition, Lauren was on the Dean’s List and earned book awards in Bankruptcy, Constitutional Law II, Consumer Law, Environmental Law, and Legal Writing I. She also received a Meritorious Service Award from the Law Review, an Outstanding Subciter Award from the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law, and was a student member of the First District Appellate American Inn of Court.
During law school, Lauren gained valuable experience as an intern for Justice R. Fred Lewis at the Florida Supreme Court. She was a summer associate at Burr & Forman in 2013.
Prior to attending law school, Lauren worked as a conflicts coordinator with a private law firm and interned with the Urban Land Institute of Central Florida. As an undergraduate at Barnard College, Lauren wrote a senior thesis focused on reclamation of the Florida Everglades, was a violinist with the Columbia University Orchestra, and completed internships with Make Music, New York, Inc. and Teach for America.
