Mike is Counsel in the firm's Birmingham office and practices general civil litigation with an emphasis on Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) cases, insurance defense, and products liability actions.

Mike has defended Federal Employers Liability Act cases, crossing accidents and environmental matters brought against various railroads including BNSF Railway Company, Norfolk Southern Corporation, CSX Transportation, Inc., Kansas City Southern Railway, NC, OmniTRAX, RailAmerica, and various short line railroads during his career. He has also represented the insured’s of a variety of national insurance companies. In matters ranging from construction accidents, automobile/trucking accidents to environmental litigation.
