Nicole practices with the firm's Corporate & Tax Group and represents clients in a variety of corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, and daily contract issues.
Nicole’s practice involves representing clients in entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and related corporate transactions. Nicole assists clients with incorporation documents and foreign entity registrations, and drafts operating agreements, partnership agreements, and shareholder agreements. Nicole also regularly reviews and prepares contracts and other transactional documents, and aids clients with day-to-day corporate legal issues.
Nicole earned her Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was a member of the Dean’s List and served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law. Nicole also received the Law and Business Certificate as part of her studies. Prior to attending Vanderbilt, Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law (PPEL) from the University of Arizona.
