Rachel is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Rachel represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation, contract litigation, business torts litigation, real estate litigation, and labor and employment disputes. In addition, she represents creditors in all aspects of commercial loan litigation, mortgage foreclosure, and lender liability defense. She also has experience in personal injury and insurance coverage disputes.
Prior to starting her career as an attorney, Rachel was a litigation paralegal where she supported senior shareholders whose practices include complex First Amendment and land use litigation, commercial and complex construction litigation and arbitration, and appellate practice. While working as a paralegal, Rachel also worked as an adjunct professor teaching humanities courses at the Florida State College at Jacksonville.
