Schuyler is Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate practice group where she focuses her practice on environmental law matters and related policy issues.

Schuyler is a former Associate General Counsel with the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM). Her primary area of focus at ADEM was regulation under the Clean Water Act and the Alabama Water Pollution Control Act. She is experienced in administrative and judicial environmental enforcement proceedings. She also advises clients on environmental aspects of corporate and real estate transactions, including environmental due diligence, permit transfer requirements, and brownfields assessments.
