Thomas is an Associate in the Birmingham office and practices in the firm's Financial Services Litigation Group.
Thomas received his Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee School of Law. Prior to joining Burr & Forman, he served as the Chair of the Washington and Lee Law School Moot Court Executive Board. In addition, Thomas won the American Bar Association’s Regional Negotiations Competition and was named a semifinalist at the ABA National Negotiations Competition. He also worked with the admissions office as a Law Ambassador.
Prior to beginning law school, Thomas worked as an Assistant Director at Camp Ozark in Mt. Ida, Arkansas. He earned his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University in Environmental Economics and Management.
