Overview
Bill McKenzie is a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate and Lending Practice Groups, with substantial and varied experience in commercial real estate development, re-development, sales, acquisitions, exchanges (under Section 1031), investments and leasing; entity organization and structure; tax-abatements bonds; and commercial real estate lending.
Bill has spoken at numerous continuing legal education seminars, he is an associate member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and he previously served as Chair of the Real Estate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and on the Executive Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
