About David
David is a member of the Alabama State Bar and practices in the firm’s business section with a focus in Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy, Commercial Banking and Finance and Real Estate Development. His practice primarily includes representation of creditors and lending institutions in all types of commercial lending transactions, as well as matters of collection, foreclosures, receiverships and bankruptcy, workouts and forbearance arrangements. David also represents lenders in managing and liquidating REO property and other clients in various types of corporate and real estate matters including contract negotiations, leasing, sales and acquisitions and land use. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama.
