About Todd
Todd practices in the firm’s Litigation section with a focus on commercial litigation, medical negligence, drug and medical device, toxic/environmental tort , product liability and personal injury. He has considerable trial experience litigating over 75 cases to a jury verdict. Todd is admitted to the Alabama and Florida state bars, as well as the U.S. District Court, Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama and the U.S. Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. Todd is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association (Member, Executive Committee, 1987-1992), and the International Association of Defense Counsel.
Todd received his J.D from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University and his B.S. from Florida State University.
