About Alisa
Alisa is a member of the firm’s Business section with a focus on Corporate and Tax Law. She received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, and her B.S., magna cum laude, in Professional Accountancy and Management from Lipscomb University.
Alisa is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Tennessee. Prior to attending law school, Alisa was a Senior Tax Accountant with Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain, P.C.

I am involved with the Junior League of Nashville where I serve on the Council as Chair of the Training and Conference Center Committee.
What are your hobbies?
Skiing, hiking, canoeing - almost anything outdoors.
What advice would you give to a young student in law school?
Don’t be afraid of the hard classes or professors - they are often the most interesting.
How do you define a “good day?”
When I go to bed and know I’ve helped someone.
