About Ashby
Ashby practices in the General Litigation group in the Atlanta office. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in 2000, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law in 2003. Ashby authored a case note, 56 Mercer Law Review 1361 (2005), and 57 Mercer Law Review 1177 (2006).
While in law school, Ashby was Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory International Law Review, President of the Legal Association for Women Students, a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society. She was the recipient of the James H. and Frances Wilson Scholarship, the Meyer S. Tenenbaum Scholarship and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers’ Outstanding Law Student Award.
