About Bryan
Bryan has represented clients in high-risk commercial litigation matters; class action litigation; securities and shareholder derivative actions; professional liability matters, including medical and legal malpractice defense; telecommunications matters; broker-dealer litigation; products liability litigation, and consumer finance litigation. Bryan has represented individual and institutional clients in various state and federal courts throughout the country and has tried a number of jury and non-jury cases, including complex commercial disputes, medical malpractice, personal injury, and products liability.
Bryan is a member of the Alabama and Birmingham Bar Associations, and has served on various committees, including three multi-year terms on the Grievance Committee. Bryan has lectured on matters involving ethics and technology.
Bryan graduated magna cum laude from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and was a member of the Cumberland Law Review. Upon graduating from Cumberland School of Law, Bryan was selected by the Cumberland faculty for induction into Curia Honoris.
