About David
David practices in the firm’s Litigation section and handles all types of civil litigation, with a focus on financial services litigation, ERISA litigation and medical malpractice litigation. David is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar, the South Carolina State Bar, the Birmingham Bar Association, the International Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute. From 1994 to 1997, he was a member of the Executive Committee for the Young Lawyers Section of the Alabama State Bar.
