What community projects are you involved in? I am the Scoutmaster
of a Boy Scout Troop in Birmingham that was founded in 1942. Our Scout
Troop now has over 70 Scouts and enjoys a very active outdoor program,
including yearly high adventure backpacking and canoeing trips. Our Scout Troop will likely produce its 100th Eagle Scout in 2006. I am a member of the Dartmouth Club of Alabama and the Dartmouth Alumni Council, the Birmingham Venture Club and the Sunrise Rotary Club.
What advice would you give to a young student in law school? Take a wide variety of courses; don’t assume that your career will involve the legal specialty that seems attractive to you when you are in law school.
