David practices in the firm’s business section with a focus on commercial banking & finance and real estate development. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar.
David received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where he served as Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review. He earned his B.S., cum laude, from LaGrange College.
What is your favorite thing about the law?
Every issue has at least two sides.
What was your first job (waiter, car wash, etc)?
I worked in a gas station/bait shop.
What are your hobbies?
I have many. fishing, tournament fishing, fly-fishing, hunting, sporting clays, golf
What advice would you give to a young student in law school?
Make very good grades in your first semester.
How do you spend your weekend?
Usually participating in one of the above mentioned hobbies and going to church.
