About Eric
Eric’s litigation practice focuses on insurance defense work, including products liability, nursing home litigation, malpractice defense and general tort litigation. He is admitted to practice in Mississippi, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Eric is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Mississippi Bar Association and the Hinds and Madison County Bar Associations.
Eric received his B.A., cum laude, in 1992 from Millsaps College and his J.D. in 1996 from Mississippi College School of Law. During law school, he was recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Practice and Procedure.
