About Erich
Erich practices in the firm’s Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy section. He is a member of the State Bars of both Georgia and Louisiana, the American Bar Association Business Law Section, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association. Erich received his B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College in 1993 and his J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University in 1998.
Erich has extensive experience in Chapter 11 business reorganization cases and structured loan workouts, as well as transactional and litigation experience involving commercial finance transactions, real estate, and other business-related matters. His practice focuses mainly on assisting clients in the resolution of complex commercial issues, the restructuring of performing and distressed credit facilities, and the maximization of debt and collateral recovery. Erich’s primary clients include financial institutions, asset-based lenders, commercial leasing companies, healthcare companies, insurance companies, and telecommunications companies.
